Concept

Too busy to type concept.. here's the discussion that spawned the idea:

[17:52] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): can you write plugins for it that let you make new mp3 libraries?

[17:53] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): cause, it would be wicked if I could have a little "ELF" icon on the left there
[17:53] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): and THE WHOLE ELF WOULD BE VIEWABLE IN ITUNES

[17:53] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): i remember seeing something itneresting though
[17:53] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): when i was running LimeWire, there was a new icon on the left called "LimeWire Stuff"
[17:53] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): and it had all the mp3's i was downloading in limewire
[17:54] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): so i'm thinkin' it can be done!
[17:54] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): i do remember that i couldn't drag the files into the main Library though
[17:54] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): playlists might still work however
[17:54] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): there's some interesting applications here
[17:54] Mike-Bak, Thai Warrior: oh wait, yeah, i loaded a whole elf list into there somehow
[17:54] Mike-Bak, Thai Warrior: and it kept in there as a playlist in the side, and i could stream stuff from that anytime or shuffle it or whatever
[17:55] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): it shoved all those mp3's into your main collection though, right?
[17:55] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): i thought that was kinda irritating
[17:55] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): i wanna keep 'em separate
[17:55] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): you know, there's the potential for a very neat ITunes plugin....
[17:56] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): you could integrate some streaming music service that has EVERY ALBUM EVER in it
[17:56] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): and charge people monthly subscription
[17:56] CAPTAIN CRUNCH(-TIME): and it would be like it was your local itunes library
