Kale Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp flaxseeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup brown rice milk
BLEND!
(Add a few ice cubes for summertime refreshment.)
Hash Browns
50/50 mixture of oil & butter
- grate potatos
- (wash grated potatos and squeeze dry), or (nuke them for 30 seconds)
- wait till oil is very hot (drop in a shred of hashbrown -- should sizzle like crazy)
- fry and do not fiddle with them. turn once.
mix in onion & paprika for flavour before frying
Hippie Hash
top the hashbrowns with stir-fried:
- onions
- tomatos
- broccoli
- peppers
- mushrooms
...then cover in warm crumbled feta
Carmelized garlic
needs:
- a whole garlic clove thinger
make:
- drizzle clove with oil and dust with kosher salt
- put in the oven at 300-350 for about an hour
- take it out when it's brown on the outside, and squishy and gooey on the inside
